What you like best about your body and yourself would you say others tell you the same or do you get told different?

I have always said its about how a person sees themselves more than others. Some don't feel as attractive as they are viewed big hug to anyone that's carried that feeling or is xxx

I think my best quality physically is probably my mouth/ lips and best general quality is probably my humour.

People that compliment me tend to like my smile, so similar and on here it’s my body I presume they mean my dad bod.

Erm whenever at work or amongst friends we do nice things about each other everyone says my humour so the same. I get compliments about my ‘brain’ but those are usually only from partners that really know me.

The things I want to improve, I do.

I'm a firm believer in taking control of myself, my thoughts, my actions, and in continued personal growth.

Others often comment on my long hair (it's unusual for guys around here to have long hair) and I often get comments on a night out.

Annoyingly everyone wants to touch it! By the end of the night I look like I've crawled out of a club

It's not shallow to embrace yourself we can not change how we were born so why complain and always feel low.

Accept yourself and you will never be insecure or seek for validation that's not healthy so good on you xxx
