Not everyone likes to advertise their sex lives.

The flatmate may not be another woman so they might be embarrassed.

Just because they share a flat doesn't mean they are friends. They could lead completely separate lives and don't discuss personal matters such as sex.

I kinda just thought - what goes on in your room is private and without rules kinda thing. Obviously there’s common decency to be considered

Maybe they don’t want you round their flat and they’re just being polite about it

People just don’t want to be judged or just want to be respectful. If you share space with someone you want to avoid point of friction.

Milton keynes

Most landlords won't allow guest as it may disturb the other housemates. My roommate did that as they were going at it til 2 in the morning. Never bothered me as I can sleep through anything lol I was a bit pissed off that his gf parked on my drive though, that is just unacceptable lol

Not all that North of North London

I think I'd respect soneone more who didn't want their flatmate hearing them snagging a random hookup than one who didn't care about their flatmate hearing.

I think it's just common decency.

Noise travels and if i was meeting from here i wouldn’t be looking for some silent missionary style sex

Also with fab being nsa maybe they dont want it to be known they are on here but bringing diffetent men through every week gives them away

When i had flatmates and a boyfriend he was i round anytime

When i had flatmates and fabbed i did it elsewhere or when people were out
