"You’re all wrong. The Rich Tea is purpose built for improving the cup of tea experience. Before everybody says they’re too soft and break, that’s because the dunking or more appropriately the dipping of the rich tea biscuit requires application, it’s an event that should be savoured and enjoyed. None of that dunk it and throw it in your gob. Rich tea, a classic because it’s a classic. I rest my case. ![]() After reading your well constructed case I have considered what you are saying and I believe you are still very wrong ![]()

"It would be Rich tea and gingernut biscuits. Both are perfect dunkables. *Must get a packet of each now I've been reminded of the pleasure." Costa do a fantastic oval shaped ginger biscuit for ergonomic dunking. I don’t drink tea or coffee (I know, I know, I’m a wrongun) but dipped in hot chocolate they are sublime. Rich Tea - ![]()

"Ginger nuts. Dunk them as long as you want and they're soft on the outside while maintaining their structural integrity meaning it will never fall in. Forget opinion, this is objectively the only answer ![]() Someone has done a test and proved this not to be the case, surprisingly. Ginger nuts didn't even outperform digestives.

"On the subject of Rich Tea, does anyone know if they've stopped making chocolate coated Rich Tea as I have not seen them in any shop/store in my area for years?" I think if this happened, whoever invented rich teas would spontaneously combust. They would consider it an affront to the most boring, pointless biscuit ever invented. If combustion didn’t occur, I expect they would hasten (no, that would be against health and safety, they would slowly and carefully walk) to their depressing little shed and invent a rival morsel unable to bond with anything as interesting as chocolate; such is their commitment to bland baking.

You bite each end off the biscuit Hold in your mouth , dunk in tea , suck tea through biscuit , shove biscuit in and heaven awaits . " This sounds good! I’m told sucking hot chocolate through a Twirl is an experience not to be passed up. Not sure I can bring myself to do that in Costa…
