Small calorie deficit of 250, prioritise protein intake as it keeps you fuller for longer 220g+ a day, keep fats at a moderate level, no need to eliminate carbs.

Lift heavy and often, don't focus on cardio.

When I went, it was to get as much out of it for the time I was there. Once I'd left I'd eat whatever I want.

This science of eating wasn't a thought in my head but I was pretty defined. I never focused on one area instead did a full body workout.

That’s very true but if you fix your relationship with food and know why you eat, it starts in the mind not the kitchen.

It doesn’t matter whether you are in the kitchen , a 7* restaurant, someone else’s kitchen, a free buffet or all day brunch - you won’t need to measure or count anything. Millions of years of evolution have given us everything we need to know exactly how to eat optimally

I'm pretty lucky I have high metabolism but for me I eat as much protein and red meats on a daily basis eggs steak protein shakes and I lift in triangle sets small reps big weights.. but the last 12 months I've been kick boxing I've gone for less mass more toned and agility

Today I’ve had yogurt with seeds and fruit, a full English with french toast, pancakes, and waffles and a protein smoothy for breakfast then a cheeseburger, chicken and fries, a litre of dirty banana and a mudslide, a couple of g&t’s and red wines and Cesar salad with mozzarella sticks with salsa, a 12oz ribeye with sides and chocolate cake

It wasn't a thread about judgement of body types it clearly stated this is for toned girls and guys .. who train ..

There's a difference between want and do .. I train because I need to keep active my mind is always looking for the next thing to entertain me so by training I keep busy .. some people like to come home from work and watch Netflix I wish I could understand that but I can't .. I'd be in perpetual state of boredom ..
