Wasn’t a drink that made me think I am not drinking like that again

It was more wake up in my mid 20s next to 2 people that i hadn’t a clue who they were “sorry for the crudness here “ with a booty full off baby batter

Wasn’t one. I never liked the majority of alcoholic drinks and beers just gave me headaches. Couple that with seeing what it does to some people and actual deaths…

Vodka shots lol never again stick to light drinking 6-5 tops that way I am tipsy but not d*unk nuff that safty gose out the window

15 years ago I realised my drinking was out of control. On my 40th birthday in Feb 2008 I had 2 pints then went on to brandy during that night I drank 4.5 litters according to the landlord as he had no stock left. I new I was a heavy drinker but WTF

Happy fo any one how can reduce or get off it.

I think it’s meant to be enjoyed in small quantities not chugged down to be fair but I’m the same now the smell makes me feel ill!

The night I actually decided I was getting sober, I wasn't even d*unk but it was about 10pm on a Saturday night and i was stranded in Cambridge, the previous night I'd been out in London (I don't live in London or Cambridge though) I had been up approximately 40 hours, I looked at the state I was in and figured i was a mess!

The occassional pint or glass of wine and that's it. I've probably drank less this year than I used to in one night out at the peak of my drinking.

I haven't been d*unk for over 7 years though.

Good for you I still find it hard but am more a social drinker now. But I did have a problem. Am happy for you.
