I always try to a bit humble with compliments, say thank you and accept it for what it is but being mindful that the next person you speak to can think you're an arse

I’m getting better at it. I still get a jolt of imposter syndrome when a pretty girl compliments me, but thanks to being here on Fab it’s happening a lot more often. And I’m learning to take it gracefully. I hope.

Compliments arnt just about how that person looks

Then can be complimented on how good at music,sport or whatever

Complimented on there humour,there DIY etc
