2 litres is 3.52 imperial pints, or 4.23 US liquid pints.

I easily drink that much water every day. Even more so if it's hot or I'm doing anything active.

But then I've had a pint and a half of coffee before most people have opened their eyes, so my body probably resembles the Fall of Saigon by lunch

Same here.

I'd say probably double that.

Hell, my nightstand water vessel is 32 ounce. That's just for when I "sleep".

During the day I crush water.

Milk,water,coffee and beer.

I don't do not drink much of anything else but those four.

somerset

there is such a thing as drinking too much and by doing so can flush the good stuff from your body too it really depends on how good your diet is and if you eat healthy and often then drinking lots is considered ok ....

the reason i know this is because my husbands heart consultant advise my hubs he was drinking too much water and certain essentials were being flushed out ... now bearing in mind my hubs gets kidney stones often (the rarer type stones ) so he drinks lots

the diet sodas are by far the worse product we put in our bodies yep even worse than the full sugar ones the sweeteners can do so much more damage

That’s been debunked and you only need to drink when you’re dehydrated or feel thirsty. Doesn’t have to be just water can be from fruits like watermelon or soups or fizzy drinks

Water bottles are much easier to drink from than cups or glasses, when your mouth is stuck together due to a lack of saliva. Also having lingering effects of Bells Palsy x 2 i find it's easier to drink using a water bottle or a straw.

I make very little noise drinking the way i do and it's far better (for me) than heaving and coughing which is what happens when my mouth has dried out.

Also i know exactly how long the water has been in my water bottle and that it's fresh.
