" .... But those French are sneaky"
if you hadn't used the first person, I'd have guessed this was a Tom post

I'm leaning towards France. But less sure having seen the Senegal match. They made it look easier than it could have been.

Keep Mbappe on the outside, and mark Greissman tightly and we win..simple as that

England. We have a strong side and good selection of subs.

England. France haven't kept a clean sheet against four average teams so goals are there for England's strong attack. Keeping them out may be harder but our midfield three can cut the supply to Mbappe and co. 2-1 to England.

I think Kyle walker can keep mbappe quiet… it’s the other wing with dembele on it is the one to worry about…

Also… if I am England let the midfield run at rabiot all day, he is a red card waiting to happen!

I wouldn't worry too much about dembele. He's a headless chicken and 1 in 10 crosses offer any threat..and I can't see Giroud beating McGuire or Stones in the air

Agreed. My fear is Southgate being negative like the Euro finals. If we just pass backwards and sideways to keep the ball I think France will walk all over us.

There's obviously fear about Mbappe, but we need to attack instead of just worrying about marking him out of the game.
