I think all singers have at least one flop to their name.

The only singers that haven't would possibly be those that only ever made one record.

Near Clacton

Freddie Mercury, Celine Dionne, Annie Lennox, Miley Sirus , Carly Simon, to name but a few. All depends on ones taste in music, some people like the Bee gees, Tom Jones, Barry White, Elvis Presley, Bruce Springstein personally I cant stand them, lol.

And Prince above is a great shout, too.

The Smiths never released a duff track. Everything, including non-aqlbum B-Sides, was top shelf and of the highest order. Morrissey and Marr have since released some 'mixed' material.

So if it is 'singer' - rather than 'group' -then it has to be Stephen Patrick Morrissey while he was with The Smiths.
