Travel insurance has expired.

Any suggestions for a decent renewal company.

Thanks.

Sunniest Exeter...

A lot of bank accounts/credit cards include it, may not be the level you want, but worth exploring?

Yes, had the free bank insurance last year but it seems expensive to renew with them.

We use the free bank one. It covers what we need and we make sure to keep it updated with medical conditions etc.

Apparently the post office do a good one

Check they’re not underwritten by Allianz.

I had a serious accident and was properly insured but their assistance and customer service were absolutely appalling.

If in Europe can you still get the E111 card so you get treated on the European NHS ?

Another vote for staysure especially if you have any preexisting conditions.

Only for emergency care.

I would still advise travel insurance.

Yes when I had my accident in France the card took care of 70% of the hospital bills.

Thanks correct but will only cover the country in question state care, fine for major problems but lots of holiday resort clinics are private and insurance will cover repatriation.

Wouldn't take the chance of no insurance for £40.

Not too sure how much it would be if you take any medication or have pre existing conditions but would think those folks need insurance more.

Thanks again for all suggestions.
