When was the last time you had a cheese that made you go "ohhh fuck yes", and what was it?

I've just tucked into a delightful bit of Chaource that momentarily righted every single wrong in my life.

(although saying that, I was also very impressed by an exceptionally buttery-tasting Babybel earlier...)

This was a tube shaped one from Aldi. That's the best your getting from me in technical terms

I'll check it properly next time, but if you like the salty savoury sweet combo, it's good.

Blue cheese + spinach + butternut squash

In pastry , with black seeds on top , little roast to gold …. Hmmmmm unforgettable

Cooked cheese is not cheese anymore is cooked cheese . Goes up to a whole new level . Delicious .

Eggs I usually cook them too . Not the best thing to eat if not cooked

Fresh sliced garlic with thin sliced tomatoe salad . What a combination

Fried garlic in olive oil . Divine

I've had Wookey hole (Sounds like a rude term from Star Wars) cheddar, that's OKish

I spent a year in France and can't quite get used to not keeping cheese out of the fridge, like they do. Give it a chance to warm up : I get that.
