"Nurse is on trial for murdering 7 babies and attempting to murder 10 babies. Will follow this case but how shocking is this. Reminds me of that other nurse Beverley Allitt and Dr Shipman. We put trust in these people. Why be a nurse or Dr just to murder people? Some people are beyond saving and will go to hell. " I am following too but will put my faith in the jury & wait for their verdict. J x | |||

"Absolutely sickening and this is where I believe in capital punishment (yes I know the arguments against) being utilised. What gets me though is that like we’ve seen previously, if the murderer was a police officer or a soldier then there would be protests, talks about failings that are very public and further scrutiny on those organisations." I'm pretty sure that there will be a public inquiry and or an inquest on the conclusion of the trial. The trial is to establish guilt, it's nit to scrutinise potential failings of other organisations. | |||

" In crass terms I would answer the fact they have access to medical instruments and drugs to allow them to murder people is the reason they become drs or nurses..... 
It's a means to an end. No point being a nail technician of you want to murder people!
But yes I agree it is truly awful that safeguards are not more stringent, especially after so many high profile cases of medical professionals playing god. | |||

But CP is a release from contempation of their deeds, a release from punishment. Life should mean life and prison should be basic needs met and zero luxuries. | |||
