There could be a myriad of reasons as to why somebody doesn't want to give full access to private messages and there cloud However there was enough for the cps to agree it could go to court. "Of course. And the jury can make whatever conclusions from that evidence. Yes the cps took it to trial and it has happened in the glare of social media. One might question how likely it will be to find a jury that has not seen and been prejudiced by all of the op Ed crap that's been put out there. As an example the fact he's a shag bandit is not to everyone's taste. But bears no relevance to any assault he may or may not have committed.
