The Philips radio alarm clock I've had for 37 years still works. It's still by my bed but I don't use it, as the Radio station I like, I can only get through an app on my phone

My grandfather died before I was born, he was a painter and decorator who retired in 1955. I’ve got his wallpaper scissors, his plumb line and a couple of his scrapers. They must be a minimum of 70 years old, probably even 90 years old. I still use them very occasionally.

A teapot and a cake stand that used to belong to my Nanna.

It was her 109th birthday yesterday so I went and chatted with her over a brew. She was very quiet but I'm hoping she appreciated the gesture.
