How long can you hold your breath.....

Managed to make it to a minute but that's it, world record is a crazy 24 minutes.

Give it a go put your mobile on stopwatch and post your time's here.

Do you mean hold, or not breathe? .. I believe the super humans who achieve these long ‘non breathing’ times actually exhale slowly.

Using that method I managed 1 minute 30 secs
