Since Leaving the army 4 years ago I have just ate poor gone out drinking on Saturday. Now I want to get back in shape & re build my mental health more importantly

Lots to be said for training… I find it a huge help.

Remember you’re doing it for you…. If your body says rest then rest… if your body says I’ve got more then go harder….

Listen to your body… set realistic goals

But remember to have balance

Good luck pal…. And remember if the mental health struggles are a battle seek the help … don’t be afraid to share and ask for help …

Start off with light cardio & small about of weight training. But in the back ear a balanced diet
