"The uk has hit its hottest temperature on record, with a temperature of 40.2C recorded at heathrow in london and emergency services facing 'unprecedented challenges'. London fire brigade is now tackling ten separate blazes across the capital as a result of grass fires caused by the soaring temperature, they concluded by saying that, if you see a fire smouldering, one should report it to them. How much longer do you think that these fires can be or spread and could they be kept under control?" Given the amount of fires, I suspect they are already running out of crews and appliances, austerity once again having consequences. One fire alone is reported by the Indeprndant as having 30+ appliances and 175 fire fighters in attendance, that's a huge amount of resources

"It's a real worry of mine. It's just a matter of time before there's fire here like the ones happening in Europe now. I'm looking at the grass verges, parks, green spaces in town and they are just perfect kindling if a fire were to breakout. " Yes, lets hope that there wont fires in europe, yes the grass looks that way doesnt it.

"It's happening everywhere. The fire crew around here are saying they can't respond to automatic fire alarms at the moment, only to direct contact because of all the fires. Norfolk is similar I think. " Yes, it is everywhere and you are right, they are stretch to its limit what they can respond to during this time.

"A few pointers to us all to reduce the possibility of more fires related to the climate crisis 16 million UK homes don't meet band C energy performance, instead burn £2800 annual gas and electric to keep warm 32 million cars on UK roads, Tories cancelled incentives to buy hybrids and halved them to buy electric. Whose giving up their car and buying a push bike. Only 970,000 ( 3.3%) UK homes have solar panel installations 43% of UK energy is renewable, sounds great until you think about usage; 60% of homes are badly/not insulated. 80% of UK food is imported via diesel powered boats, will be more now brexit has wandered the economy UK consumption of meat eaten per person is almost double the world average at 220 grams per day, whose switching to veggie" there is no "climate crisis" msm brainwashed sheeple

"Easier to blame government than take responsibility for actions it seems. I seen the fire in Rainham and seeing street go up in flames is quite strange. Then I heard a professor on Sky saying some fires in rural areas are started because of planning being refused or insurance purposes. Not saying that one was but a strange site seeing a street on fire. Even the reporter found it an odd comment and couldn’t believe anyone would do that. Will these fires be investigated? Or is it a true heat related incidents. I know some people will be devastated by the loss of there homes and hopefully are fully compensated for the losses. Some may even have achieved there goals. " That happens in newc too, random buildings go up and boom, hello planning permission
