spaghetti bolognaise with a salad. My work colleague cooked it for us as it was her night to cook. We also have a big fruit salad that I threw together and the third member got us all iced tea

It’s a habit I’ve grown to love. I lose motivation later in the day and find excuses not to exercise in the afternoons/evenings.

Once I start, the adrenaline keeps me going ‘til I’m done.

Big plus for me is no other people in the gym. No need for me to have to ignore those who try to ‘socialise’ with me while I’m in there.
