"I drink plant or nut milk My favourite is unsweetened KOKO.. I have it in tea, poridge, just to drink on it's own etc I really like roasted almond milk, but it's too un-environmentally friendly for me to consider buying" Made me lol at the nuts milk ANYWAY. I find almond a bit too nutty for my taste

"Is this where we have to pretend we are health freaks and environmentally friendly. I use cows milk. And lots of it" I actually found it a lot easier to digest in my stomach than regular milk, I was super skeptical at first when I got told then I gave it a go and have to admit it is much better .. Now I can’t drink cow milk at all.

"Love oat milk in coffee " It’s the best in coffee as it really blends like Normal milk (while soy and almond tend to groom at the bottom)

"I love normal (filtered Cravendale Bob or own brand) milk in tea - sorry nothing else will do in a good cup of tea.) For protein shakes = coconut/ almond gives that exotic flavour For coffee = almond milk (at only 13 kcals per 100 ml it makes sense) The bulk of my milk consumption probably comes from plant milks, for flavour, health and environmental reasons." Agreed about shakes and smoothies! I use almond for mine. I tried to like coconut but I find it wayyy too water Any particular good brands u recommend? The alpro one is not a good one in my opinion for coconut

"Do you drink? Regular cow milk (if so, which) or do you go for alternatives? (Goat anyone lol) I stopped drinking cow milk for years and feel better for it, I now tend to either drink soya or oat milk. (Apparently they even make sweet pea milk lol) I love the taste of both to be fair and always find cow to be way “heavier” tasting now x " LactoFree and AlmondMilk, due to some sensitivities

"I drink semi-skimmed cow milk. Also, I read somewhere that soy milk or any soy based food in excess can lead to infertility. So be careful on your intake on that." It’s because of the pythoestrogens in soya but I mean, u would have to drink gallons and gallons of it every day for so long for it to affect your hormones level x
