What's your favourite Kate Bush song? I'm going for 'This Woman's Work' for the fact that it's a brilliant song yet so underrated, and it hardly gets any airplay.

The man with the child in his eyes...she wrote when she was 14 years old.

Wonder if she penned it after meeting Jimmy Saville

"It's obvious, but I love, love Wuthring Heights. "

When I've the radio on and I hear that tinkling piano at the start I get a huge grin on my face.

Experiment IV I thought was an incredibly thought provoking song...and massively understood.

But I also loved the music to Cloudbusting

The Kick Inside is my go to album but The Dreaming, Lionheart and Never For Ever are favourites too. I love her older stuff more. I was at her last concert - it was … unusual … wasn’t what I was expecting. She played one or two old ones and the audience went wild but mostly it was the newest stuff … it’s a little odd for me x

Hounds of Love needs to get a mention I feel.

I saw her last show and, yes, she didn't do the easy option of belting out her greatest hits. More performance art really. Good show.

Breathing

When you know your own mother is toxic but she's your mother and as a child you have no control. You're literally inhaling and surviving on toxicity.

Thats how I interpret it anyway, I feel it

Totally agree with Experiment IV - bloody brilliant tune - also recommend you find Hue and Cry’s cover version of The Man with The Child In His Eyes - just voice and piano - Pat Kane sounds amazing

The show was more performance art you’re right but I do feel the audience so wanted a bit of the old Kate. Chatting to others nearby we were all so thrilled when she sang a couple of older songs … I was literally fillin up - but then I’ve loved her for years, my dad loved her so I’ve grown up with her music x

I totally agree. I think she performed 2 or 3 of her hits but that was it. I was just happy to be there and see her live, one crossed off the bucket list.

I get where you're coming from but then I feel that would be too predictable for someone like Kate. I don't think she'd of performed live at all had it been that format.

My mum was well complaining she didn't play more hits though lol

Another track I want to mention is A Coral Room. It's just beyond stunning, can't listen too it much as it gets me emotional
