Chef ! Guilty ,there’s a steak restaraunt in a village near Santander north Spain they own the farm there is no menu just steak done on grills on a flame pit ,no choice on how it’s cooked and Rioja lots of Rioja

Never been there but sounds so tasty, I’m actually hungry now.

Food in the north is always great specially steaks , the best quality beef is from Galicia. I must say steaks here are amazing, I bought one from a small butcher , a T bone.... best of my life
