"General ideas post, for me and others. My fitness had been going well until I came down with Covid. I know others have suffered because the gym or other outlets haven't been available. (I know others are doing well) How are you doing with your fitness? How are you rebuilding? What are the challenges in doing so?" I’m itching to get back to the gym myself, the 25th can’t come soon enough. I’ve just stared again with tracking my food and drink and also been trying to get my 10k steps per day.
