"Lately I have found myself feeling low and totally unsure how to drag myself out of this hole. At the same time I've noticed lots of aches and pains and random symptoms physically... When you get down,do you find your body suffers too?..." I think our bodies and our mental health are intertwined. Your body definitely suffers when your mental health is suffering, but perhaps we focus on it more too? Sorry you’re feeling low Hippy

"Funny, I was just about to post about how anxiety is taking over my life right now. Sorry to hear that. Is it lockdown related, or other things. Sending you hugs " I’ve no idea where it came from. I’m currently getting CBT which has helped me through a hard time in life and I’d never had anxiety before that. There doesn’t seem to be enough or mindfulness in the world to get over it!

So is this a "eat chocolate until it goes away", "do something else and pretend the problem isn't there", or "delve into the issue and try to fix it" issue?
