this has happened a few times where a couple will request a face picture and you forward one and straight away they will block you without even saying that they are not interested . manners would go along way and dont cost anything.

Or they felt it easier to block than to explain there wasn't an attraction

Could be for a number of reasons really.

bad manners or might know you or might be ur neighbour.

it does happen.

just put it down to experience and dont take it personaly

Out of curiosity do they send their face pic first?

Somewhere In the Middle

As someone its happened to ...never they always want a pic first of course...worst bit is the people who repeatedly ask you for a pic even though you already sent 2 or 3 already then dont reply...are they going through that many people they cant remember a face ?

if they asked you for a face pic I think it's bad manners to block without saying at least thanks but no thanks. That can be said too if e.g. they recognise someone. In my 2 years on here I've never come across anyone I know, so how likely is it really.

I have been chatting to a few guys on here who when they sent a face pic I have blocked them without comment. This was due to the fact that they have previously chatted under another profile and I have turned them down and they got abusive. One guy in particular has created five profiles and stalked me

In the year I have been on I have been recognised several times so it is really not that uncommon, one guy was even able to tell me what I was wearing that day

They have reasons could be they know you or they not interested but in saying that your sound out.. but take it with a pinch of salt and use it as a learning curve.. xx

It happens to me all the time - I never put face pics up so maybe once they realise that they block me. Either that or my pictures are that bad they scare people

Yep agreed here I have replied sorri not my type and ive gotten abusive mails back like "who are u a model or something" or "u must be a fat b*tch" stuff like that or i get what is your type(stupid question) so when 4 out of 5 reponses are like that you jus end up not bothering to respond and the reason I block is becos some men either on purpose or forgetfully, will mail u again as if they never mailed u before.

City Centre

I can't stand the people who agree to the your pic gets mine rule, but don't hold up their end of the bargain. If someone isn't into me that's fine, but if I put my face out there I think its really unfair not to reciprocate, and just say no thanks.

Well sure dont send your pic so. No one is forcing you. And why would anyone bother sending a face pic back if u aint their type or there isnt attraction. And if u feel its demanding to ask for a face pic in the first message then thats ur choice, there isnt anyone stopping you from demanding a face pic. Ive yet to be asked by a guy for a face pic. Seems a lot of guy dont realy care what your face looks like. And no i dont really wana get to know u and then swop face pics and find I dont fancy you, thats just a waste of time

Manners and consideration for others does not require a lot of effort but if they lack both that is more their problem than yours...
