Some photos upload sideways

Sometimes when I upload a selfie picture to fab it’s rotated 270 degrees - I don’t know why this happens and if I flip the picture before uploading it it’ll upload just fine in whichever direction it’s flipped other than the right way up. Any ideas?

Okay, it seems cropping it a little bit helps, I square cropped it and it uploaded the right way up
