Other people’s faces in videos

There’s a lot of videos with other people faces in them appearing more often now. I expect most have consent and are filmed knowing they will be posted. But what are the legal rules around this ? Do the photo admins not check the videos anymore ? There are videos in the top 10 that break these rules. I know the common answer would be report any that break them. But how are they approved to start with ?

One of the many reasons why we would never take up anyone offering to take pictures or videos of us on a meet

Regardless of how much they say they would remain private

Picture rules have always been other peoples faces have to be covered and the person posting the pic/ vid has to have permission.

If you help the site by reporting they will be removed
