I’ve noticed an increasing number of AI generated and/or altered photos on here recently; what’s particularly troubling is how many users seem not to notice. The most tabbed photo currently is clearly AI (as is another photo in their profile). A dead giveaway, aside from the smooth, cartoonish textures and lighting is to look at hands and feet. Multiple fingers, weird hand shapes etc.

If you think an image is fake then report it. If the profile is photo verified then admin can compare the images.

Not all blemish free photos are AI. Many use filters when editing images and whilst it makes for an unnatural final photo in some cases it's still the person uploading it.

Oh of course, and yes, I do report these images. But there’s a difference between an unnatural look and having six or seven fingers.

Where I live, 6 fingers "is" normal.....
