Which would you say is better for couples in their 30s?

Especially if you’re not looking for lots of lingering men.

Thank you!

Alternatively, any other clubs in that Northampton/Oxford area that you prefer more than those two?

Both of those are ideal, out of the two I would say VA

All depends on the event and how much you're willing to pay. Liberty Elite is not a cheap club, I think couples membership is £50 a year. That's on top of entrance fee. VA is "only" £20 a year, but again, all depends on how often you'd be going.

They are both somewhat similar clubs, both night club style, both licensed. VA has got no lockable play rooms, all open play areas. Libs have both types of rooms.

Other clubs in or near that area to consider would be, in my opinion, Purple Mamba in Nottingham, Jaydees near St Neots and Penthouse Playrooms in Dunstable.

Best to choose a couples and single female night if you want to avoid lingering men etc!

Leamington Spa

Both got similar ‘classy wine bar’ vibes with a great dance floor, bar & social areas. Libs edges it slightly in having a ‘free’ buffet served at 10pm (but tends to be more expensive to join & has increased entry fees). Libs can be a little hit & miss numbers wise on non hosted evenings and if you want a busier night, it’s best to choose a popular hosted event. Both are ‘dress up’ rather than ‘dress down’ clubs so a good excuse to get your glad rags on and although both have got great outdoor spaces, VA maximises theirs more with sun loungers, an outdoor pool/hot tub etc. Location-wise both easy to find and discreetly positioned with large car parks.

We agree totally with these guys. Been to both and love them both in their own way. Liberty a little more laid back and relaxed VA lots of fun but can get busy and clicky. But had a ball or two at both … literally x try them both hehe
