Chams definitely springs to mind as possibly the only other club in the midlands with a hot tub.

Actually scratch that, xtasia has one too!

Xtasia is a nightclub vibe and Chams more of a dress down sauna type environment. Both worthy of a visit in their own rights though!

Maybe try both and see??
