| We stayed here recently and what a lovely place to stay it is, Dave and Barb are great hosts and the facilities are brilliant although we attended a club on the night so didn’t get the opportunity to use the playrooms.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and you have everything that you need alongside a lovely bar area to meet like minded folk over a drink or two. |

| Stayed for the Saturday/Sunday the hotel is spotless and clean.
We arrived pretty late on the Saturday and was given a tour by the owners who are both lovely and was really impressed. We were visiting a club on Saturday so unfortunately didn’t use the facilities in the hotel but when we come back which we will then we will certainly will make the play rooms :)
The rooms are a good size and the vanity area is a great touch.
The bar is very modern and a great place to start your night of your going somewhere else as it gives you the opportunity to meet fellow swingers and had a good chat before heading out.
Had a great time and will be back

| We stayed over Saturday night. Lovely hosts, very nice room that was spotless with some nice touches like illumated make up mirror and touch lights. Simple little things like drinks served in quality glasses all make it that little bit nicer..
Had a nice chat in the bar with 2 other couples staying over. Was given a tour of the play area but as we were visiting a club we never got to take advantage of it.
There is only one place we will be staying in future when we visit Blackpool in the future and this is it. |

| Visited here Friday just gone for drinks. We were given a tour of the play area while there and I was very impressed! Spotlessly cleans and well looked after. Drinks prices were very reasonable too. We will definitely return again and will book a room. |

| We decided to book this hotel after arranging to meet up with friends from the NW for a weekend away in Blackpool. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel is ideally situated not far from the Tower within easy reach of all the bars and restaurants. The venue was spotless with a lovely play room in the basement which was well used on the Friday evening by most of the guests and some visitors. |

| A rather belated review here! I stayed here new years after attending their new years private Party & have nothing but good things to say. Barb & Dave are the friendliest hotel owners you could ever meet, who go above & beyond to make sure everyone is happy & included. The facilities are top notch (en suite rooms, plenty of mirrors, tv & even hairdryers!)
the hotel is decorated & maintained to an extremely high standard & the beds... well I love my bed at home but these are extra comfy, so much so that I skipped breakfast! If you are lucky enough to get a reservation here you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to visiting again for Blackpool Social Couples next social event. Xxx |

| An absolutely amazing stop over at this immaculate hotel. The place is spotless, my room was exactly what was needed. Dave and Barb are simply in a different class for hosting what was an amazing party at the weekend. The play rooms downstairs are very tasteful and well maintained lovely couple of couches to watch if that’s your thing. We are very much looking forward to going back again in the near future. | We attended the private event last night. And was made to feel welcomed as soon as you entered. The place has stunning decor and playrooms to suit all and every taste. This is the new kid on the block in Blackpool and look forward to another visit sometime soon. |

| As a swingers club we virtually never ever leave reviews for other swingers establishment but.... in the case of Avant-garde & Dave & Barb & the whole team at the avant-garde we feel compelled to leave a review.
We were fortunate enough to attend a private party on new years day and had the pleasure of stopping in one of the classy ultra clean rooms that all have en suits. The bedroom was literally the best we have ever stayed in Blackpool and we recommend the avant-garde with this 5 star review that they thoroughly deserve xxx
The bar is beautifully done and with Dave & Barb running it your sure to have a cracking night out. Daves a warm lovely man that will do anything to help you who has naughty cheeky sense of humour & Barb is a beautiful lovely lady that looks after everyone and makes sure everything is perfect for your stay, just simply the perfect team & couple to run a swingers hotel.
The open playrooms are spotless & very well designed and kitted out with play beds dotted about which we enjoyed using a number of times through out the night, would have been rude not too.
In the morning they even put on breakfast for everyone after a late night, we went to bed a 5 am so we doubt they had much rest inbetween breakfast. This shows just how much work & pride they put into you enjoying your stay.
We want to say thank you for a fabulous night and want to wish the Avant-garde all the success in future it so rightly deserves xxx
