| We have been lucky enough to spend a week at this fabulous hotel. The owners have went out their way to look after us. The place is spotless clean. The downstairs play rooms are of a very high standard and also spotless clean. The bar prices are very very cheap and many a good night we have had here. Will book again the next time we are back in the UK. Thank you both for everything. |

| Allready given a review last time but think the place deserves another.
We stayed here for 2 nights over the bank holiday and was a great weekend.
Dave & Barb are great hosts and are on hand for anything you really feel welcomed when staying here and are really genuine lovely couple.
The rooms were spotless and I still love the little brekkie box in a morning which is left outside your door full of little treats.
I really don’t think we could stay anywhere else now if we visit Blackpool unless we come with vanilla friends and there left wondering why we have gone missing downstairs for a couple of hours whilst leaving them in the bar??
Anyway until next time keep doing what your doing and thank u both

| I had always wanted to stay at Avant Garde and meet the owners ,Dave and Barb.
I had opportunity at weekend and with other Friends and was impressed with my room.
So immaculately clean throughout the whole place and even the toys in the playrooms are laid out in a regimental way .lol.
The rooms have a lot of attention to detail and enhance the ambience of a swingers hotel.
I was impressed with the little touches with breakfast a basket outside your room with fresh strawberry s and yogurt included.
I look forward to going again whether a stay or party evening which brilliant. Keep up the great work and effort both of you, trust me it shows .

| It was our first time starting at the Avant Grade hotel but from the moment we walked into the building we just new it wasn’t going to be the only time we would be staying.
We were met by Dave and Barbara.. OMG we fell in love with them straight away.. so warm ,, you know nothing would be to much trouble for these two..
Truly beautiful people who have modelled their hotel on their personal…
We all have been to the seedy hotels in Blackpool.. but this isn’t a bit like that. It’s simply gorgeous, clean, modern, light and bright.. I could go on and on and still not do the hotel or indeed D&B justice..
The only thing I would say is the price… they simply don’t charge enough for everything that comes with being a guest.
From the amazing clean well laid out supper comfortable rooms. The breakfast. The relaxing bar that the D&B welcome you into and make you feel at home in.. and if thats not enough.. well when you have the area down in the basement.
This is the play rooms.. and like all the other rooms in the hotel these rooms are just lovely.. clean and welcoming.. who needs to go anywhere else.. the Avant Grade Hotel has it all in shovel full’s.
Dave Barbara thank you for putting a lot of class back into Blackpool..
We will be back as soon as we get our next free weekend. Thank you both so much for all the effort you have and are putting in to make swinging a little more classy, like you we believe it doesn’t need to be seedy.

| Just got back from our 4th visit to the wonderful Avant Garde. The hosts Dave & Barb are so welcoming and great hosts. The hotel is so clean, comfortable & spotless. The rooms are classy, comfortable and so clean. The bar area is the same welcoming and clean and very reasonable prices for all the branded drinks. The play area downstairs is immaculate and so we'll set out for ultimate fun. The breakfast which is left outside your door in the morning is outstanding. Any swingers heading to Blackpool shouldn't look past this fantastic hotel which is also very well placed. Keep up the great work Dave and Barbara. See ya soon xxx |

Barb and Dave are the most friendly heart warming friendly ppl we know nothing is too much trouble they go up and beyond there’s no trouble nor drama everyone just parties we have sent a few of our friends to stay here and they love it we would recommend it to anyone it’s ultra modern and spotless
The bedrooms are well equipped aswell and so nice to stay in

| I was lucky enough to attend a private party here Sunday & even luckier to be able to introduce a few of my friends not only to Barb & Dave but also to others who were in attendance. If you want a luxury hotel exclusively for swingers then the Avant Garde is where you need to stay! I cannot praise Barb & Dave enough for the welcome you receive & the amount of time & effort they put into running this place, from their well stocked bar to super comfy beds, an abundance of towels in your rooms to the breakfast baskets left outside your room in the morning their hospitality is second to none. | Enjoyed our weekend break at the hotel. The social meet on the Friday night was fun. Our bedroom was spacious,beautifully decorated, very comfy bed, big mirror at the dressing table, in bathroom and a full length one too. Makes getting ready to go out so much easier. All well thought out
We loved the breakfast in a basket by our door so we didn't have to dash up. It was different each day too. The play area downstairs is well laid out and tastefully decorated. The location is handy for the central vanilla attractions and mid way to 2 adult clubs. Barbara and Dave are lovely hosts and we wish them all the best with their business. | We’ll what can we say, our first visit to Avant Garde and we we’re not disappointed, great club/hotel fabulous rooms, we’ll equipment play rooms and the hosts Dave & Barb are really nice couple and make you feel very welcome.
We had two great sessions with two single guys during the evening, J was lavished with lots of attention from them both, you know who you are guys.
We will be back soon! If you get the opportunity to try Avant Garde out don’t pass it by.

| We booked to stay with Barb and Dave this weekend and we had an absolutely wonderful stay. They are wonderful hosts, warm and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The bar was well-stocked and reasonably priced. The playroom was a lot of fun and we enjoyed sharing the room with some of the other guests. Our bedroom was spotlessly clean, with modern decor, and a comfy bed. Being delivered a breakfast basket to our door in the morning was a super touch. We will definitely be booking again for a second visit. Thanks for hosting us guys xx |

Great location, very close to the seaside and all amenities, car park nearby .
The best hosts ever we have met, very attentive and friendly, Mrs is giving a lot of attentions to the small details which makes you feel comfortable and homely, and Mr is a chatty box, always makes sure you are not left out .
A great value for money, extremely clean with all facilities provided,and even the breakfast basket was a great sweet surprise in the morning!
Kinkiest hotel and Play area the best in Blackpool by far!
For sure we will be staying again on our next visit Blackpool! xxx

| So, thought I’d call in for a pre-party drink and so glad I did.
Barb and Dave are the perfect hosts for their hotel.
Such a warm welcome by them both we just carried on talking where we left off when I was last here at Halloween.
They introduced me to their well vetted guests and ended up partying most of the night with them.
I even had a little play in the clean , warm and modern playroom before going to a club.
I really do enjoy the well laid out bar area and music that’s not too loud but just right to have conversation.
I’m coming back Barb and Dave with the famous bag of tricks next weekend for more.

| Stayed here last minute this weekend! We arrived quite late on Friday night, our first impression of the hotel was very good, i love the decor. We were greeted and shown to the bar/reception area for a straight forward fast check in and was shown to our room by Dave. The room was quite big, clean and had everything we needed. Quick freshen up and we headed down to the bar. The bar area is very nice, clean and well stocked, we was given a tour downstairs round the playrooms which is all very spotless to a very high standard, we really enjoyed our little breakfast basket delivered to your room, we told Dave that 1 thing was missing and we got it Sunday morning ha ha.
It was our first time at the hotel and it didnt dissapoint. Had a few conversations with Dave and Barb and its clear to say they take a lot of pride, time and effort with this hotel and it doesnt go un noticed by anyone.
We was made to feel very welcome, even invited to sit with 2 other couples so we wasn't sat on our own and spoke to quite a few lovely people,

| We stayed here recently and what a lovely place to stay it is, Dave and Barb are great hosts and the facilities are brilliant although we attended a club on the night so didn’t get the opportunity to use the playrooms.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and you have everything that you need alongside a lovely bar area to meet like minded folk over a drink or two. |
