| This honestly is a fantastic place to stay in, and as we found out, to play in too. We had a great New year's weekend there, Dave and Barbs are excellent hosts, who look after all your needs. Super hotel, fab guests, will definitely be back. |

| We attended the private event last night. And was made to feel welcomed as soon as you entered. The place has stunning decor and playrooms to suit all and every taste. This is the new kid on the block in Blackpool and look forward to another visit sometime soon. |

| As a swingers club we virtually never ever leave reviews for other swingers establishment but.... in the case of Avant-garde & Dave & Barb & the whole team at the avant-garde we feel compelled to leave a review.
We were fortunate enough to attend a private party on new years day and had the pleasure of stopping in one of the classy ultra clean rooms that all have en suits. The bedroom was literally the best we have ever stayed in Blackpool and we recommend the avant-garde with this 5 star review that they thoroughly deserve xxx
The bar is beautifully done and with Dave & Barb running it your sure to have a cracking night out. Daves a warm lovely man that will do anything to help you who has naughty cheeky sense of humour & Barb is a beautiful lovely lady that looks after everyone and makes sure everything is perfect for your stay, just simply the perfect team & couple to run a swingers hotel.
The open playrooms are spotless & very well designed and kitted out with play beds dotted about which we enjoyed using a number of times through out the night, would have been rude not too.
In the morning they even put on breakfast for everyone after a late night, we went to bed a 5 am so we doubt they had much rest inbetween breakfast. This shows just how much work & pride they put into you enjoying your stay.
We want to say thank you for a fabulous night and want to wish the Avant-garde all the success in future it so rightly deserves xxx

| This place is a hidden gem to stay when your down Blackpool way, Barb, Dave and all the staff make this place so welcoming, you feel part of the family, they are an amazing bunch! The hotel is absolutely spotless and and they even have a playroom/dungeon for all your kinks. All the team go above and beyond for their guests and we will 100% be back. | Have stayed here twice now and as always this place is brilliant! Spotless, well decorated and the owners truly make the place!
We actually went to the play room this time and had some fun down there and it is a really great area! Lots of space and areas to explore. We will be back again. |

We even noticed the small touches of scented loo roll and spray in the toilets.
The owners where polite.
The playroom look great.
We just went out of curiosity and didn’t play this time but we met some good future fab friends!

Got to sample the fabulous play room this time which was lots of fun.

And everyone eles who was running round making sure all customers were ok were going up and beyond so everyone was happy,
The bar ran smoothly, the music was great

| What can we say about this wonderful venue that hasn't already been said! We do know we highly recommend this most welcoming of venues to anyone who wants to stay in Blackpool. Breakfast in bed on the Saturday was a real treat and we really enjoyed the onsite play room on the Friday evening. Hopefully look forward to another visit in 2023. |

| I stayed at Avant Garde on Saturday. I've stayed in quite a few places in Blackpool and this hotel is far and away the best. Dave and Barb are excellent hosts. A lovely friendly welcome and guided tour before introducing me to the other guests which, for a single guy, made for a great, inclusive atmosphere. My room was spotless, very comfortable and well equipped (tea/coffee, soap, shampoo, telly, wardrobe space, power sockets, hair dryer). Nice shower with piping hot water. Comfy bed and pillows. The continental breakfast hit the spot too with a choice of cereal, yoghurt, crumpets, toast, pastries, muffins and fruit juice. Didn't get use the playrooms this time but maybe next time. And there will definitely be a next time. Highly recommended. Thank you Barb and Dave xx |

| Came to Avant Garde and had a really warm welcome from our hosts, Barb and Dave - we were shown to our lovely room, clean, classy and rather glamorous! They have a well stocked, reasonable bar with modern seating and down in the basement they have some very naughty playrooms! There are several spotless beds including a four poster and a rather large round bed as well as a naughty dungeon room with a St Andrew's cross, fucking machine, paddles and very many toys, more than we could use in one night! Needless to say, have already booked for next time! Xx |

| Arrived at Avant Garde on Saturday afternoon with sexy friends. Dave and Barb gave us a warm welcome. Very friendly warm hosts. The single room was warm, clean and stocked with plenty coffee and tea for refreshments. Their basement play rooms are just excellent and myself and others took advantage of these great play rooms at the end of long day. | We stayed at the avant-garde at the weekend this hotel is spotless and has great decor, well stocked bar and the friendliest owners thay just can't do enough to make you stay just the best! The hotel is well placed all the bars, clubs and not forgetting the tower and Piers and just a short walk.

| Just got back from our weekend at Avant Garde. Lovely, good size rooms, great well stocked bar, interesting and clean play rooms.
Dave and Barb are fantastic hosts. Nothing is too much trouble and they created such a relaxed yet fun environment.
The other good point is the hotels location. Everything you need or want is just a short walk away. Infact, everywhere and everything is just 7 minutes away! |

We stayed in room 5 and wow what a room absolutely stunning it is a large room with lots of space and a big comfortable bed. | We stayed here not long after the doors opened and were absolutely blown away by it. It's absolutely stunning inside - clean, bright and decorated to very high standards. The playroom as well was brilliant, with some very hot fun taking place - we recommend the stocks ;)
To top it all off through, Barb and Dave are fantastic hosts. They made our stay at Avant Garde better than we could have hoped for. We've booked again for February and can't wait to be back! |

| WOW what a place. From the minute you see outside how classy and clean it looks. Then you go inside and it just gets better. Fantastic place that is so welcoming, fresh & clean. Dave & Barbara are just top hosts who are real people's people. It's like we were meeting old friends. The bedroom was just like everywhere else clean, modern and so comfortable. The play areas where immaculate. This is where we will be stopping when we are in Blackpool. Excellent value for money.

| I’ve had the pleasure of being a guest at Barb and Dave’s hotel quite a few times now.
Always greeted with such a warm welcome and getting now to know the fabulous staff.
The bar area is planned out well and generally has a real good vibe to get you in the mood and music that’s not too loud, but just right to have great conversation.
This hotel is clean to the highest of standards.
It’s welcome ,warmth and genuinely vetted guests draw me back every time that I’m in Blackpool..
The playroom is one of the best I’ve seen for a long time, ultra clean, well equipped,warm and modern.
I’ve always had such hot fun in this hotel with my bag of tricks!
I’m back in a couple of weeks Barb and Dave for more.
Looking forward to catching up again.
