| Rios is what you make it and is a lovely relaxing place for the facilities.
Guys can be over the top and desperate and open the doors like they lost there way home apart from that it's somewhere I love to vist
Would be great if the backrooms had proper ventilation i find it hard to perform in those conditions |

| Was there Saturday 14/3 from 3pm to 10pm. Nice and chill and fairly quiet until 9pm, steam room with lemon grass scent was nice, mostly naked people but still some in swimwear particularly the women. Started to get lively after 9pm, big jacuzzi went on at 9:30pm, a few naked women too which is only right for a naturist spa! Less predators and steam room door opening wankers, so it was pretty decent really x |

| Came here on valentine's day and Friday just passed (20th). Staff were very friendly, accommodating and the overall vibe here was very chilled. We went as a couple but did our own thing.
It was nice to meet some of the regulars, have some good conversations and they stuck up for Elz when some of the single males seemed to cross boundaries. Despite the latter, We definitely will be coming back.

| I visited today for the first time since Covid struck. I stayed for 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon. Unlike recent reviews I found the staff all friendly and helpful. My towel was clean and so were the showers, jacuzzis, sauna, steam and pool. Not every thing was operating though but that wasn't a problem for me. It has been painted since I was last there, and it made it look much better. It was quiet with more single males than couples (of which there were three) and one single lady. I didn't see any of them being hassled or unduly followed. The play rooms haven't changed and could do with improvement. On the whole a good experience and I would go back. |

| We visited here for the second time last night! And once again really enjoyed our time at the club, staff were friendly and attentive! With C being big boobed and blonde hair and Scottish it some what attracted a lot of attention! However we were pleased the staff asked if she was okay at different points! All the hot tubs and swimming pools were in working order and very clean!
C had the pleasure of 2 very very nice plays (was even some squirting action going on) am sure if you were there you would have heard her! Definitely one of our fave clubs to go to and next time we are in London we will definitely be back! |

| Visited for the first time today. Was very pleasantly surprised given some of the other reviews. The smaller pool was out of action but otherwise everything was up and running. Clientele was a good mix of men and women, young and old. I was in an out of the sauna and plunge pool, and had a nice swim in the pool as well. Will be back next time I'm in London! |

| Went Yesterday, hard to understand some of the reviews for this place of late. Yeah, there was more people in swimwear around, but it wasn't enough to dull the day. Had a relaxing time, steam rooms were hot, both jacuzzis were bubbly, the pool was warm. Didn't have any sexy fun, but met some new people. |

| I was a regular between 2018-2024, I love spas, enjoy suanas, jacuzzis and pool scenes. Rio’s is a safe space for naturalists like myself. I’ve attended solo and with a partner.

| Unfortunately, my experience at this spa was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unfriendly and dismissive. staff behind the bar are so rude.
The environment was not as clean as expected, which is unacceptable for a spa. When I politely raised my concerns, the staff showed no interest in addressing them or offering any kind of apology.
This was supposed to be a relaxing experience, but it ended up being stressful and frustrating. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others |

| Attended today. Its pretty awful now. 1 pool was closed.The big Jacuzzi closed.95% men. Was quite chilly. Sauna wasn't that hot. I won't be back again. It seems ike it's on its last legs. |

| Visited this place for the first time after friends suggested meeting here which they never showed up. Unfortunately, the experience was not good.
The spa felt poorly maintained and lacked basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and space. With proper management, it could be significantly better than its current state.
Security presence was inadequate. At one point, a group of Romanian men were loudly mocking elderly guests, creating an uncomfortable and disrespectful environment. Such behaviour should be actively monitored, warned against, and, if repeated, result in removal or banning.
Most of the guests were elderly, which limited the overall atmosphere. As a younger visitor, I found the experience unengaging and not particularly enjoyable.
Suggestion: The spa should provide reusable underwear along with towels for guests who wish to wear them. These should be properly washed and sanitised after each use to reassure others about hygiene standards. |

| So I had read all the reviews and decided to see for myself. I think the main reasons for the mixed reviews are the people vs the facility. The facilities themselves are quite nice. Everything was clean and it was a nice mix of saunas, steam rooms, pool, and lounge area. The only areas that were a bit sketch were the massage rooms. They smelled a little bit like what they've been used for. So if you're just coming for the spa, it's quite nice. But then nobody really socializes and if a woman walks in, all the single guys seem to race to follow her. Really kind of creepy like that. Water is highly chlorinated, which I suppose is good but still can't fully get the scent off of me after showering. |

| Our visit to this club this week as a couple had one major flaw. It is the toothless older woman on reception at entry wearing a Jamaican head band. She handed us towels and my partner’s towel was badly stained. I politely asked if she could replace it and she roared “all the towels are the same” before grabbing it from my hand and thrusting a new towel at me before slamming the door. Totally uncalled for and completely ruined our first impressions here. The club itself is compact and appears fairly well run. Quite a few single gents here but all were respectful on the day. We did notice some men in shorts and pants and one woman also which seemed out of place. Overall it was an ok experience. |

| For context, we’ve been attending Rio’s for over 15 years. Sometimes weekly, sometimes not for months on end. As dirty stinking Vapers, we’ve not been going very often since the council introduced their smoking ban ( I’m not going to get into the difference between vaping and smoking in this review - the issue was noise, not the method of nicotine ingestion!)
Anyway, we went tonight. Now, we’ve always known that Rio’s is a bit seedy but, for a long time, that was actually part of the appeal, however; tonight it was without a doubt the worst experience we’ve ever had and that includes other Spas and other sex clubs. (In fact we’ve had better nights at funerals, only in the last couple of weeks!)
Where to start…….. the price has gone up, the facilities have gone down (big jacuzzi still not working, towels are now face flannels and the heating has been turned down considerably), the staff are fucking rude (NOT on reception, or security - they are lovely and quite apologetic about how bad the place has got! The ‘bar staff’ are rude, they lie ( some people are only allowed a face towel whilst others are allowed THREE large towels), they ignore you (unless they know you from being there previously, in the two week they’ve worked there!), then suddenly your wine has gone after one glass each (not pint glasses - obviously!)
The clientele, which was always dubious, is now made up of obnoxious males (and surprisingly females tonight), who are rude, expectant, immature and worse of all, wearing their dirty piss stained pants into a jacuzzi, because they’re too shy to show off their tackle and giggle like school boys when they glance a tit.
Sadly Rio’s is winning the ‘race to the bottom’ and it is only a very short matter of time before they are given no choice but to close due to either a significant criminal incident, or a total lack of clients!
If the new management ever pay attention to the reviews on here (which is blatantly not happening) we’d be happy to talk through the issues we see and suggest ways that they can try to reverse the inevitable happening!!

| I have been at Rio's on thursday 3 weeks ago. I had just ok experience. Few gays tried to approaching me but I'm not interested. Few nice interesting ladies around that was socialising with others. I have socialized with a nice girl that use to be there twice per week. Not everyone naked. I will give another go on Friday. May be this or next Friday. |

| Was there all night Saturday 20/12, it was very quiet and the big jacuzzi was off. I still had a good time though, I love the staff and the regulars are all decent people who give off good vibes, it was a nice opportunity to just relax. Will be back in the New Year x |

| This a long overdue disappointing review.
Sadly it lacks enjoyment with various items broken .
Towels seem a huge issue lack of staff working.
Some real nice Sunday staff 100% to them.
Friendly crowd on Sundays too..
Its not the place I fell in love with pre 2020 or since they introduced the ULEZ Charge.
If they could take up a different place outside London and build a much nicer place it would work really well.
SAUNAS are not huge but bigger ones with room to really relax would be brilliant.
steam rooms cramped and guys annoyingly opening the door ever couple of seconds .
The big Jacuzzi is never really working and the two smaller ones cramped if you get 6+ in them.
The swimming pool is not in great shape..
And the middle of the building is kind of chilli in winter time.
The smoking ban was ACE move 100%
They should do same with Alcohol
Its (health) spa !!!!
Ban swimwear too or remodel RIOS..!!! |

| It would be great if the management could introduce a new policy and rule in place for both (male & females) not wear (dirty ) daily wear underwears specially inside the wer facilities like pool and jacuzzi. Noticed a bunch of boys (young Romanians) in their daily use underwear in the swimming pool. Trust me "It was unhygienic". It would be great if the boys could at least change into swimming trunks if they are hesitant to go nude in a nudist spa. |
