| We had a very nice afternoon at BGHS on 27/12.
We’d never been before but we felt very welcome. The signing in formalities we’re easily completed and the “virtual” tour told us all we needed to know.
Warm, clean and very comfortable with some pleasant people to chat with.
Good facilities and lovely changing and locker area.
We will come again for sure. |

| I've literally just walked out of the door and wanted to write this straight away. Had a great day, nice and relaxing Sam the owner was very welcoming and has banter just my cuppa tea. The staff were polite and courteous and my massuse was lovely. Will be back for sure |

| Spent sat afternoon 6th nov here so relaxed and spotless clean the staff where so friendly and helpful and the sandwiches where spot on talked to a few niice couples all friendly and no trouble with the single men will be going back again soon and hope we stay longer |

| We attended this wonderful establishment Saturday 6th November, absolutely amazing place, the staff are incredible and make you feel so welcome, we had a lovely massage (highly recommended) and made use of all the facilities and left feeling relaxed and very happy. We arrived at 12 and left at 3pm. Would of stayed longer but had other commitments, will definitely be returning and staying much longer next time! The top floor is a very sexy chilled place with sun terrace, made use of this area too.. if by chance the guy from Worthing and the guy from Horsham read this please feel free to message us on this site…. | I’ve fallen in love with this place since I moved just round the corner and it re-opened. I run a lot, so use it for post workout relaxation and rehab mostly, although the company of naked ladies is definitely a perk! I find the facilities and staff excellent and always come away feeling thoroughly relaxed, refreshed and invigorated. I haven’t yet partaken in any upstairs shenanigans. Call me shy but frankly as a single male there’s no reason to go up there other than to hang around awkwardly in the hope of being invited to join in some fun. |

| Took the opportunity to visit for the afternoon while I was in Brighton, my first visit since the pandemic. Always a pleasure to visit with excellent spa facilities. Nice to see it busier than I expected with all the guys being respectful of the couples who were there. |

Layout and condition of this place is more professional than clean than most 5 star hotel spas.
Only wish it was closer and they did hot food such as burgers or pizza. |

| So first time back on Saturday, after all the lockdowns, and we were very impressed with the heightened cleanliness and the "covid safe" procedures in place - which is hard in a place with little external ventilation and with a warm moist environment.
Our only wish was it was a bit closer to home, we would be able to attend much more regularly

| Great fun! We were a little uncertain of visiting due to some of the reviews online, but after a morning of shopping we are willing to give it a go even if it was for a soak and a coffee.
Turns out the bad reviews are not our experience at all! We were greeted by friendly staff who welcomed us. The signage is unambiguous - you know what you should be doing where …. And more importantly what you shouldn’t be doing where!!
The spa facilities are top notch - plunge pool, hot tubs, jacuzzi, steam and sauna - all clean, working and fantastic. The playrooms upstairs are a little too discrete for S - who loves an audience. But we overcame that in the big room!!!
The people that we met were mostly fun - the sauna conversation about squirting was a highlight!! Some of the single men were a little stalky…. But as usual they were outweighed by respectful gents who were appreciative of S as she put on a show of blowing D. All in all a good visit and somewhere we would recommend to escape the busy city for some fun! |

| Had a great day there yesterday (Tues 5th) facilities as ever clean and well maintained
We were there 1200-1800 and were thrilled that there were 3 other couples and a brief glimpse of a stunning looking lady on her own. The single men were well behaved, we had lots of fun putting on a show for the single men :) They seemed to enjoy! |

| Went this afternoon with a friend.
My second time there. As spotlessly clean and well maintained as the first time I went. Had a scrumptious ham and cheese toastie for lunch. Lots of single guys who were all very respectful and kept their distance when asked to do so. Only a couple of things I had an issue with:
1. Only being allowed one change of towel throughout the visit is completely ridiculous in a spa when you’re in and out of saunas, jacuzzis, steam rooms and showers - so you’re choice is walk around in a wet towel to ensure you have a clean dry one when you want to have a shower at the end of your visit or use your change of towel when the first gets soaked and then use the same one (which will probably be wet by then)when it’s time to clean up and go.
2. Some reusable plastic cups for use in all areas of the spa to help keep patrons hydrated in all areas without the fear of glass being broken would be a welcome addition. To be unable to take water up to the terrace to relax or to the lounge area to read a book as there are only glasses to drink from is quite frustrating.
Other than those two things - I had a great afternoon and will return. |

| Went today: really clean little maze of pools, hot tubs and play rooms. Seems very efficiently run.
There was no action on this visit unfortunately, but could imagine it would be amazing when things kick off.

| I went yesterday for the first time with a friend. Impressed with the general cleanliness of the place and we water in the pools were devoid of that chlorine smell that affects some spas. Staff were friendly and, despite what I’d been previously told, didn’t seem to patrol the wet areas as much as I expected. There were a few couples but mostly the clientele were well behaved men. Spent over 5 hours there but it got boring after 5pm so decided to leave. Not sure if I’d go back. |
