| First visit since the start of covid, long overdue.
Glad to say that things are as lovely as we remember. Staff were welcoming everything was light airy and clean. Everyone there was friendly and respectful. I honestly think the bad reviews went somewhere else. |

| We've always had a lovely time at BGHS and have found the staff including the manager approachable and friendly. There are rules however and if you don't follow the rules then you have to accept the management will not be happy. The person that the left the bad review below doesn't say why the management reacted as they did, I think we can all read between the lines there! |

| We have visited the club on the weekend and we had horrible experience, the place was good but the manager was so discriminating against my Mrs and myself . She threatened us to call the police if we didn’t leave and she Kept repeating that she is the owner and she can ban anyone she wants .REALLY!!
her excuse was that we gave her attitude, whatever this means as she didn’t explain what this was about
Anyway , there are much decent places if you are looking for fun places and relaxation such as pleasure in Kent and Rio’s or Abfabs .don’t pay money to be discriminated against and this is not the first incident in this place so check the reviews from past months and years |

| We have visited this lovely place a few times now both mixed and couple nights. As others have said is spotlessly clean, the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Downstairs is just like how we imagine a roman spa would have been. Upstairs there is plenty of rooms for naughty fun, including our favourite room full of mirrors. We have met some great people and look forward to meeting many more! |

| We had another lovely Sunday here, with hot and cold water, friendly conversations, and some sexy times upstairs in the rest rooms. Belle also had a massage (our first here) and it was fantastic. We recommend it! And to the people we played alongside - if you see this review, welcome to Fab! |

| Normal life threw up an unplanned visit to Brighton yesterday so I couldn't waste an opportunity to visit Bristol Gardens again, we really missed it during lockdown. As on previous visits all the spa facilities were spotlessly clean and working and it was so enjoyable to relax in the pools and steam rooms. It was quite busy when I arrived and I had a tasty snack in the lounge and a chat with a couple. There was also plenty going on in the rest rooms too so all in all a fab afternoon and evening for a very reasonable price and looking forward to next time when we can both go.

| We visited the club for first time on Sunday 30th Jan and we loved it! It was right up out street. Met some lovely people, enjoyed the facilities and had a great massage. Hello to everyone we met and bravo to the owners of this place. We reckon they've got it just right. There's something for everyone. What a very cool place! We'll definitely be back soon! |

| This was my first visit to this venue, all I can say is it is extremely well managed. The Staff are all so helpful and friendly, the facilities are amazing and all kept spick n span. It’s a real utopia of hedonistic bliss, everyone is laid back, nobody was hassling anyone. Tbh can’t wait to return, well done BGHS…keep up the good work

| Again we had a fabulous time the facilities are great. We always have such a chilled out time with like minded people what a very nice visit. We spoke to and had fun with so many people there this time. Unfortunately had to dash because of a work issue. We had a lot of fun before hand though. Can't wait to go back ASAP. |

| I wonderful and relaxing evening in the spa; to the lovely gent who massaged me and rubbed me down and left me feeling so chilled and zoned out; thank you for that. To the lovely guy who give me his spare hair band you were a life saver and a wonderful being. To the rather gorgeous young woman sharing the steam room with me thank you your exit that dragged away the other men and left me to the steam room on my own it was wonderful. |

| Went here over the Christmas period had a great time as a single guy. Definitely worth getting a massage, I think her name was Ruby she done an amazing job.

| We had a very nice afternoon at BGHS on 27/12.
We’d never been before but we felt very welcome. The signing in formalities we’re easily completed and the “virtual” tour told us all we needed to know.
Warm, clean and very comfortable with some pleasant people to chat with.
Good facilities and lovely changing and locker area.
We will come again for sure. |
