Hi everyone. We're lifestyle swingers and long term fab members. We've got a small field, up on a hill overlooking the river Tay near Perth.

It's a fab area to visit, with Dundee, St Andrews, Perth and Perthshire all very close. There's TONS to do!

We've opened it up to swingers only. It's private, up a hill, but still near other dwellings (100 yards downhill). It's NOT an official campsite. Fab is the only place it is offered.

We would only allow long term verified couples (any gender) to camp. Singles we know and have met, or who come with a couple are welcome.

You would get privacy and absolutely no expectations from us, other campers or vice versa. Nor could you invite the locals over for a shag. We do of course, enjoy company and a glass of wine with our campers in the evenings, and what goes on in the field between camping friends.. is fine, as long as it's sensibly quiet!

People cheating on partners PLEASE do not get in touch looking to bring your bit on the side here. We love people, and don't want to be involved in causing anyone pain.

Facilities:

* Local pub in town 10 minutes walk away.

* Co-op fifteen minutes walk.

* Drinking water - tap in the field.

* Campfire site.

* Pool and games room with a fridge and music.

* Dishwashing area with hot water.

* Fridge for food storage.

* Bunkhouse for emergencies.

* Good phone reception.

* Possible electric hook up, from a 13amp plug. We've got an adaptor for van hook up, but it's still only a 13amp plug. It will run a small fridge / hairdryer...

* Clean toilet and sink in a wee hut.

* Enclosed hot shower and changing space.

* Very private

* Pets welcome. We love dogs, just no 'dogging' please. There are gates which can be closed, giving three acres of freedom for your dog, and security.

* Beer keg pump - Bring your own 6l perfect draft keg though.

* Summer house, with music and telly, for sitting in when the weather is crap.

* Several sheltered, roofed outdoor seating areas.

* Hot tub room (not always on).

* Rough and ready, but clean and beautiful, with spectacular views.

You could get a caravan or a small camper here, up to 5 or 6 metres. Beyond that, you will struggle.

If you're looking to adventure and see Scotland this summer, get in touch. All we ask is that you are respectful and private, and keep it that way. We have three young children half the time, and don't want the kids or the 'good folks' in town to know our private lives.

If you don't like it, it's free. If you do, there's an honesty box outside the summer house. Pay what you like. If you do want the hot tub, it costs at least a fiver a day to keep it going.

We will check you out first. It's our land, our responsibility. Sensible lifestyle swinger / naturists only. Come for a camping break, not for us.

We also have a nice touring caravan on site, with a sheltered, roofed outdoor seating area, an adjacent summer house and toilet hut which we would consider renting out for people to stay in.
