## EXPLAINED ##

Parties are usually 6-8 weeks apart with a ladies only party in-between ,

My parties can be anything from 20 to 60 guests at my home or on a big event night upto 200 at a private venue ,

## HOW TO GET AN INVITE ##

so once we announce a party date it will be on our profiles update and at the same time put on the forum , at that point its your choice to show interest either by putting your name on the forum or private messaging myself or one of the team ,

Roughly 3 weeks after announcing the party date we will chose the guest list for that evening ,

## HOW WE CHOSE THE GUEST ##

We look at the following details

1. Verifications (important)

2. Photo verified

3. Photos shown (not faces)

4. Length of time on fab

5. Decent write up

My parties are swingers parties but often described by some as social parties , this doesn't bother me at all due to the success of my parties and I've always said there's absolutely no pressure to play and nobody should ever feel that they have to play ,

Down stairs is like a normal house party and there are 2 lovely clean playrooms if you feel like you want some extra fun .

Everything that you need for a night at mine will be provided for you as in a buffet , soft drinks , glasses , cups , tea and coffee , condoms , wipes , towels , good music , games ect ect , all for a £5 entrance cost , we also have a raffle which are big value prizes and usually 2 -3 prizes per raffle , tickets £5 per strip

These are instantly deleted , we are not hard up in filling a guest list so be a normal person when messaging dont be a dickhead because I will call you out !!

## MIXING IT UP ##

We like to mix the guest list up constantly so there's a different crowd of people at every party , just because you have been to a few parties doesn't garranty you a space at the next , its got to be mixed up a bit , this is nothing personal towards anyone , it has to be done , otherwise its the same people at every party !

## ONCE YOUR INVITED ##

Once you get an invite I will send some information which I expect you to RSVP as soon as possible , at that point you will have the opportunity to join a telegram group for a pre party build up , to chat , have a laugh or a flirt with others who have been invited , and a week before all the details of the party inc address details will be given out ,

If you don't RSVP your name is taken off the list and replaced with someone else so they can have to opportunity to come ,

If you don't turn up on the night after all this time you will be blocked and not invited to any events we host !

my name is Jay and I host parties at my home on the outskirts of neath sa11 ,

I try to make sure the party is run in such a way as even the newest to the scene feel very much at home , by this i do have a few strict rules i inforce .......

# no play at all down stairs .

# no nudity at all downstairs

# no drugs

# no smoking inside the house

# no pressure to play

# respect the house

# respect the neighbours

# respect other guests

The main rule is that NO means NO , and if you are made to feel uncomfortable please let me know and i will deal with it discreetly ,

The night is designed as a house party atmosphere, chilled relaxed and are renowned to be an enjoyable night with people of all ages , sizes , gender and sexuality , as long as you are a nice genuine person with a personality to match it ensures that other people enjoy themselves too ,

Upstairs there are 2 quite large playrooms , I consider myself to have a high standard of cleanliness with a slight touch of ocd , there are always towels , condoms , wipes ect ect to hand ,

Soft drinks and a buffet is also something i put on but bring your own alcohol ect
