The procedure is as follows:-

1) Initial health questionnaire, to include questions on smoking, drinking, general health and then more intimate sexual questions such as sexual preferences, bi inclinations, frequency of sex, fetishes, etc.

2) Intial physical examination. This will require the patient to strip to their underwear, whereupon the head, chest, abdomen, back, legs and feet will be examined. Nipples will receive particular attention.

3) The patient will be required to remove their underwear. A genital and anal examination will be conducted. The penis and testicles (or vulva and vagina if female) will be inspected for any irregularities and for sexual response to handling. If humiliation is desired the penis will be measured and unfavourably commented on. It is stressed that that would only happen if the patient has previously indicated that they would like to be humiliated.

4) Anal examination. The patient will be required to draw the knees up to the chest thus exposing the anus. Latex gloves will donned and the anal area lubricated, to facilitate the digital examination. A gloved finger will be inserted into the rectum to feel and massage the prostate gland, and also to feel for any abnormality of the rectum or anus.

5) Semen sample. The patient will then be masturbated to ejaculation to test for satisfactory sexual function. In the case of a female patient, she will be masturbated to orgasm. This will conclude the examination.
