Studland Tips - we get asked on here so often, so here you go…

Road between ferry to sandbanks and Studland village, quarter mile from ferry, park near bus stop sign (loads of cars parked!) you must keep inside yellow line or you may get ticket or tow away! Follow footpath behind bus stop sign to beach. At the beach as you are facing sea the left side back in dunes is gay side, right is heterosexual side. Essentially the further back in dunes you go on either side the more action you’re likely to come across during the day - 4-6pm can be very busy. We go on gay side usually at the front of dunes as Siobhan loves to overlook the sea and also on the gay side ladies are likely to experience much much less petering of the dirty old men who want to sit near you and peep through the grass.
