Lots of separate beds, dancing/ playing pole, bed with restraints, cross with restraints We also have private locking double play rooms with bed, TV playing adult films, hand basin & storage containers (at an extra fee, please see website or call/message us)

- Entrance level, Social area, toilets, fridge, free personal locker’s, private single bed cabins with TV playing adult films, hand basin & storage container (at an extra fee, please see website, call or message us)

- 3rd level- ventilated dark play rooms, glory holes, large steam room (suitable for 12) large sauna, large shower area, toilets, TV Room playing adult films.

- 4th level- 16 persons jacuzzi, at the back of the room there is also another dark room with a play swing , ceiling restraints for your pleasure, play bend over bench & a toilet.

- Air conditioning in social/lounge area & top floor.

At 4200sq ft of many play areas, this makes it the biggest & best club in the South West. The only one with a commercial spec Spa Bath…..& it’s warm!

On Friday nights Single guys are welcome BUT will need to be accompanied by a m/f or single female or show a verified FabSwingers profile for entry.

Bookings for private rooms or cabins can be made up to 2 weeks in advance by credit or debit card. The phone number for bookings and details are on the website.

If you are coming to visit us & you decide you would like a private cabin or room we do advise to call & pre book these to avoid disappointment (these can be booked 2 weeks in advance) We take details but do not take the payment until you arrive.

There is no dress code- some ladies like to wear sexy casual or gorgeous nightwear. Please wear what you are comfortable in- just keep in mind it is very warm.
