Over the last few years ive explored spirituality and am passionate about connection to self and others.

To give you some idea of how we will achieve this expect to explore themes of Tantra- full body massage with oils, respecting and worshipping our bodies as the temples they are in darkness with gentle music and candlelight. Possibly the use of blindfolds if comfortable it can take time for us to lean into eachothers vulnerabilities and comfortness but we'll be conscious to respect and honour that process. We can also explore these themes in nature such as in a forest or at the beach so that we may be in harmony with the energy of nature. In whichever safe enviroment we choose we,ll be sure to incorporate sensual touch, kisses, affection, eye gazing, laughing, teasing, playfulness, authentic expression and space holding, allowing eachothers fullest self to emerge through the full range of emotion.
