All payments are non-refundable unless in the unlikely situation that we have to cancel the event.

No payment no guaranteed entry. If you are not on the guest list and cannot provide your ticket number and Fab name you will not be admitted.

Single M fab profiles must have a minimum of 5 visible, in person verifications to be considered.

some of these verifications must be from MF couples or Single F's.

No Exceptions. Preference given to verified profiles with face pictures or providing them.

Spaces will be limited so please book early.

3 playrooms with soft play spaces for up to 24 people total.

Open living room play area for up to 8 people.

MASSAGE ROOM with massage table, towels,

Two bathrooms.

Garden area with seating (weather permitting)

Outdoor Hot tub under gazebo (weather permitting)

Some Street parking on street and in neighbouring streets.

ACCOMODATION is not available at this venue.

A telegram pre party chat group for those with tickets will be set up a week before the event where the venue details will be announced.

PLEASE observe the Party Etiquette and Behaviour and follow the dress code.

NOTE:

There are no private playrooms at this party. All playrooms will have an open-door policy.

Please do not play in the bathrooms.

Vaping is permitted in this venue indoors. Outdoor smoking area available.

This party is most suitable for Swingers of the following type:

How many people will attend? And how many single men?

40+ people will attend depending on venue size no more than a third of attendees will be single men unless it is a Greedy Girls themed party.

Where are parties held?

At various homes in or close to Cardiff. Details will be provided of the address on payment of contributions for the evening Roughly 24 hours before the event.

how long are the parties?

Parties run from 8pm to 2am no admittance after 10.30 pm regardless of payment.

Are these safe sex parties?

Yes. though it is up to each individual to decide with others their use of protection. We do not judge.

May we bring toys and play equipment?

Yes bring toys by all means and small items of play equipment. if you wish to bring large, complicated or risky play items please contact us first to discuss this.

Can we take photos and shoot videos?

NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR FILMING at our parties is permitted without the express permission in each case from all persons involved in the play room at that time. Anyone illicitly taking pictures or filming without permission will be asked to leave by security and banned from all future events.

I am a single lady but I am anxious to come alone may I bring a partner?

Yes you may bring a M or F companion if they are registered and verified on Fab buy buying the appropriate Couples ticket.

How do I book?

Send us a message when party dates have been announced asking for a ticket. Having vetted your verifications you will be notified and an invite sent with ticket payment information.

Even if we verify you we may not be able to offer you a ticket if we are fully booked. please do not take offence you will be welcome at future parties.

If you have any safety concerns PLEASE speak to your hosts or security. Crossing consent boundaries will lead to your ejection from the party and a lifetime ban from all further parties we host.

Can I bring something alcoholic to drink?

Yes you can but please do not get d*unk. You cannot consent if d*unk. d*unkenness will not be tolerated if security deem you are d*unk you will be asked to leave or escorted off the premises.

We have a zero tolerance policy on drug use. if you use or distribute drugs at a party or we suspect you are high on drugs you will be asked to leave and escorted off the premises by security. You will be banned from all future events.

Please respect the venues and do not damage fixtures and fittings or make an excessive mess. No or blood play is permitted. its too messy and/or too dangerous.

People disrespecting others or breaking the rules will be ejected from the party and banned from future events permanently.

Examples of ‘non-sexual social touching’

A hug on greeting.

A cheek kiss on greeting.

A touch on the hand or arm in conversation.

A non-lingering touch on a non-sexual clothed body area in passing or conversation.

This does NOT include SEXUAL TOUCHING in social areas such as:

Fondling or grabbing bottoms.

Groping genitals or breasts.

Lingering touching or grabbing

Touching a person face.

By agreeing to attend our parties you agree that ‘non-sexual touching’ in the playroom is acceptable in the following circumstances unless you specifically verbally withdraw it from a particular individual.

A person or persons may non-sexually touch you to:

Indicate their presence. i.e. if the room is dark, dimly lit or crowded.

Indicate something is wrong. i.e. to ‘tap out’

Indicate you are kneeling on them, squashing them or hurting them accidentally in some way.

Ask politely for you to move or make room in a group sex situation.

Gain your attention briefly to ASK FOR VERBAL CONSENT for play.

You agree they may touch you non-sexually accidently as bodies are tangled in crowded play areas.

Examples of ‘non-sexual playroom touching’

Lightly touching or briefly holding a hand, arm or shoulder.

Lightly touching or briefly holding a leg or foot.

Lightly touching another non-sexual body part.

Accidental body contact to any bodily area.

Closed- and Open-door Playrooms

Depending on the venue our playrooms may be open door, closed door or a mixture of both.

It will be clearly delineated in the party advertisement the kind of playrooms available.

At a party it will be clearly indicated if a playroom is closed-door room with a red ‘Do Not Disturb’ notice on the outside of the door.

If a door marked Do Not Disturb’ is open feel free to enter it and either play or watch.

If a door marked Do Not Disturb’ is closed DO NOT ENTER.

You may knock on a closed door marked Do Not Disturb’ to ask permission to access the room, or for safety reasons to find someone.

For security and safety reasons security personnel or hosts can access a room with a closed door marked Do Not Disturb’ at any time. They will only do this in case of necessity or emergency.

Unless specifically stated otherwise all other playrooms are assumed to be open-door even if for some reason the door is closed.

By agreeing to attend our parties you agree to guests freely entering playrooms where you are either playing, or watching UNLESS you are in a playroom with a red ‘Do Not Disturb’ notice on it and the door is closed.

If someone enters or tries to enter a closed-door playroom you are in PLEASE speak to one of your hosts or Security AS SOON AS YOU CAN.
