Let’s skip the clichés, no tedious lists of improbable exploits or grandiose tales of conquering Everest with nothing but a teapot. Instead, the essentials: I’ve reached my half-century and fully intend to grow old disgracefully. Tall, single, and straight, I reside in that curious borderland betwixt East London and Essex. I have a home of my own, and I’m both hospitable and fond of entertaining, though an incurable itch for travel often lures me away. New horizons, after all, broaden the mind and furnish excellent stories for the next shared bottle.

As for personality, think relaxed, conversational, and a touch mischievous. I enjoy discussions that can be earnest one moment and gloriously silly the next. I can offer thoughtful chat, cheeky banter, and the occasional groan-worthy joke (apologies in advance, though secretly I hope you chuckle).
