About me:

Single, not attached.

I work 5 days a week, I'm in some sense my own boss (curious? Just ask)

I train 6 days a week. Times vary with my job. A mixture of cardio and strength. Great for the mind and great for confidence.

Off at weekends. I'm either out with friends or family to catch up or taking some well earned me time. Would state what that is but just ask. We have our own ways of chilling, maybe their in common. Can do weekdays, i just need to know in advance.
