Cardiff party and playroom?

Hi all, I hope this post is suitable for this forum. If not apologies and feel free to delete.

I've recently acquired a lock up with approx capacity of 60/70 guests, which I'm hoping to convert into an adult playroom. Its located a mile away from Cardiff City centre yet is discreet and has parking. My plans are to furnish it, and not only have parties/social meets there but also private hire with option of cinematography. Any suggestions or advice would be welcome. Thanks

It sounds very interesting. I have to be honest your lack of verifications may put people off. If I were you I'd go to a club and/or socials to get more verifications before venturing.

He's called Dr Zeus on his talent agency profile and I've heard of him so I'm definitely going.

Also has an impressive back catalogue of work.

Here's an extract from the write up on him...

That’s a fake profile, reason why I know this is because the face pic is a famous Asian singer from bham, I doubt he would be a swinger but hey just putting it out there since I’ve been swinging for years and can not stand fake profiles!

Sheesh!... at last.

I've been saying that for the last few days but in a more subtle way and people are still wishing him luck with his venture, lol.

He has two pics which are of different people. One as you say of a fairly well known Asian rapper and the other one appears to be from a Peruvian dating site.

This Gentleman owned a property in Cardiff City centre which he wished to redevelop and was considering converting it into a swingers club.

I may be way off track here but was that property tycoon your goodself?
