Depends on your capacity, mine came in a pair joined together & both wouldn't fit at the same time. Weights are better & if you've got troubling symptoms you can get those on prescription, Ch3wy reckons the weights have worked

Kegel balls are for strengthening the muscles, you can get play balls that vibrate but they're a different thing altogether. Google it X

Might be better getting Ben wah balls they are normally plastic and smaller.
