Can’t say I’ve felt fake ones so can only comment on the real ones I have, some are nice and firm soft to the touch with incredibly sensitive nipples. Love it when a woman has sensitive nipples that react to touch

Feel nice and soft after the woman has come out of the shower or bath. Bit harder in the cold weather and outside.
