I haven’t been there for ages. Used to go every week but life gets busy

I quite like the skills park a few miles away. There’s a few red trails go through there so if you’re stuck for time you can just do a short run. I really need to dust the bike off and go get some more scars

Took a MTB with me to Auckland in the 90s. Dislocated my shoulder in the first couple of weeks on it. I was very popular with my new employer

South Wales just about the best place in UK for mountain bike fans. I’m a high level route 47 regular which is amazing for going valleys to afan, a lot of climbing tho
