Lab 22 for a couple of cocktails, then head to soda, get a table so that way you can sit back and watch the show and have somewhere to leave your drinks and sit if you want to get your dance on. Also means you don’t queue.

After about 1 or whenever you’ve had enough of people watching head to the dead canary for a few whiskey sours to round things off.

That’s our usual routine when we’re in Cardiff, with trips to Mary’s,and for your eyes only dropped in between depending on the mood.

Always happy to meet anybody if we are in cardiff on a weekend. We generally order way too much alcohol for us both to get through so there’s plenty to go around.

I’m always a sucker for Tiny Rebel on Westgate Street. Local brewery from up in port talbot, great drinks and reasonable prices!

It’s a gay bar on st marys street, usually a good mix of people, all are open minded and good fun, and occasionally get people from this side of life in there.

Near Cowbridge

I personally avoid the St Mary street and Greyfriar's road areas and prefer the more chilled areas just off the beaten track.

Better pint and more favourable clientele in my opinion.
