Really? What part of Wales was that? I'm Welsh and find some parts of Wales to be extremely hostile to anyone other than local people

Was off the beaten track not so far away from Llangollen, everyone I met was very hospitable

The Welsh in general are the friendliest people in the UK. I've spoke to many visitors here who told me this from their travels.

There’s some idiots around, same as anywhere. Most people are nice though
