Any fellow mountain bikers here? Wales is a hotbed for it after all....

Maybe I should start an MTB swingers club....might make the trails even better haha

Been riding the Afan valley since the mid 90s. May need to get an ebike soon, the legs aren't what they used to be.

There's a video doing the rounds on FB of a couple going for it next to a track. Best go a bit deeper in - the trees - if you're up to that sort of thing.

That's the plan, I think I would enjoy it. He has failed to get me to love rock climbing, succeeded in making me a running addict and this is next...

Got a decent bike but largely unused for the last 5 years....& getting to the age where if I don't get out soon I'll probably not get out again. As it is it'll half kill me the first few times out! The odd group ride might be enough to convince me to make the effort again!

Love my mtb, went to the alps in July, 1st time an it was amazing 7days of pure heaven.

I’m up for a ride, afan, cwmcarn are my staple, night chuck in 20mile loop to Cardiff bay an back just to keep the legs moving. Let us know if any1 fancy’s it ???????

its a down hill mtb track with uplift service . if anyone know this place, local people or whose been, any recommendations for accomadation

yeah some lovely hills over the tops . some special views there looking over all the different towns. i basically grew up in them hills . #outdoorsman.
